Paige & Ivy formulates all products to be free from coconut and tree nut ingredients, with a specific focus on avoiding known allergens such as coconut oil, coconut derivatives, and lavender. We work diligently to source raw materials from vendors who confirm their products are free from coconut and tree nut ingredients to the best of their knowledge.
All products are handcrafted in a dedicated facility that does not intentionally use coconut, tree nuts, or lavender-containing ingredients. However, because we do not control the manufacturing environments of our raw material suppliers, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens due to potential cross-contamination at the vendor level.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure safety, Paige & Ivy cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health issues arising from use of our products. Customers with known allergies must perform a patch test and consult their physician before use.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the item was defective upon arrival.

If your order is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
